Sifu Liu Changi’I will be doing a seminar on his family’s Feeding Crane system (Shi He Quan) with us on November 8&9, Saturday and Sunday. It will, as always, be a great time, with dedicated and engaged people to train with and excellent instruction from Liu sifu!
